1. Using a desktop or laptop computer go to the site, scroll down and select PLAN OVERVIEW AND PRICING.  (after enrolling you can download the Identity Guard app on your smart phone to monitor your account)
2. In this Choosing a Plan section, scroll down to the bottom and click on the features (marked with + sign) to get more details so you can decide which plan comes closest to fitting your needs.
3. After checking out the features of each plan, look at the section above and select the Learn More box. 
4. When you finish reviewing the Plan Details and eligibility definitions, click the go back arrow ← at the top.
5. At this point you should be ready to enroll in this Choosing a Plan section. Scroll to the middle of the page and below the Essentials, Gold or Total Protection columns click Choose This Plan to enroll in the one you want.
6. The enrollment process begins with the creation of your membership card. Type in your information and it will populate the card in the upper right corner of the screen. You’ll need to enter your Group Code to get the discounted price. You also must enter your email and password. When done select Continue.
7. On this screen, select the plan you want and family members you want enrolled. When done click Continue.
8. Using the numbers on your credit card, enter the payment information and click Authorize Payment.
9. You will now need to enter your social security number and click Place Secure Orders to proceed.
10. If enrolled in Gold or Total Protection, answer the additional security questions and click Submit & Continue.
11. (If you’ve enrolled in the Essentials plan there’s no need for additional questions). You’re now in the Order Confirmation page where you will set up your user ID and Password (separate from the password you entered earlier) for logging in to your account. You’ll also be prompted to create security questions for increased protection. Click Submit and Continue.
12. You are now taken to your Identity Guard dashboard with full access to the tools and benefits for your account. From now on, to log in to your account as a member, go to https://secure.identityguard.com/benefits 
13. If your spouse is also enrolled, you’ll receive an email containing instructions for your spouse to sign up. Forward that email to your spouse.
